RR Auctions Apollo 11 Crew Signed Beta Cloth Patch
A 6 x 5.75 swatch of Beta cloth, bearing a printed 3.25-inch diameter Apollo 11 mission emblem, signed above the emblem in blue felt tip, “Neil Armstrong,” and in black ink, “Buzz Aldrin,” and “Michael Collins.” In fine condition, with Armstrong’s signature slightly faded and a shade or two light, but still completely legible. RR Auctions Apollo 11 Neil Armstrong Handwritten notes "One small step"
Unsigned handwritten notes, in pencil, on a cream-colored 8.5 x 11 three-ring binder divider. Armstrong has jotted down notes regarding Apollo 11 related documents and photos he had kept. Armstrong writes: “Apollo design Reg Mission (GE)," "USGS Lunar Surface Maps," “‘One Small Step’—Ltd ed. Print Sandra Lawrence,” “Russian Lunar Maps,” "2 A-11 landing sitemaps," "LM Cockpit Panel Drawing," "Saturn-Apollo Lunar Rendezvous chart." In fine condition, with three punch holes to left edge and a few small corner tip creases. A copious amount of handwriting from Armstrong, with the inclusion of part of his iconic words spoken while becoming the first man to step on the lunar surface. This item represents one of the scant few instances of Armstrong writing out any portion of that quote, as he emphatically refused to quote himself in writing for anyone. Pre-certified Steve Zarelli and RR Auction COA.

RR Auctions Apollo 11 Flown Commemorative Cover
Extremely rare flown Apollo 11 postal cover, from Buzz Aldrin’s personal collection, bearing a color cachet honoring the first manned lunar expedition, postmarked August 11, Webster, Texas, and clearly stamped, "Delayed in quarantine at Lunar Receiving Laboratory M.S.C.-Houston, Texas.” Signed in blue felt tip by Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin. Cover is also notated at the top in black ballpoint by Aldrin “EEA 51, Carried to the Moon on Apollo 11.” Although the crew splashed down July 24, 1969, they and their equipment and belongings were immediately quarantined until August 11, when the covers were able to be postmarked at the Webster, Texas, Post Office. In very fine condition. A superb example, these covers are seldom seen where part of Armstrong's signature is not obscured by the color cachet. These covers represent the pinnacle for any collection of space-related covers. Pre-certified Steve Zarelli and RR Auction COA.

RR Autograph Auction Apollo 11 Neil Armstrong Letter and Photo
Two items: TLS, one page, 7.25 x 9.5, NASA letterhead, stamp-dated December 1, 1962. Letter in response to sent congratulations. In full: “Your letter of congratulations is most appreciated, for to know that people not known to us personally are interested in our recent appointments as astronaut trainees makes us aware of their enthusiasm about the manned space flight program. Please accept the enclosed autographed item in appreciation of your interest”; and a color glossy 7.25 x 9.5 photo of Armstrong posing in his space suit against a lunar background, signed in blue felt tip. Both are double matted and framed together with a small plaque, to an overall size of 28.5 x 25. In very good to fine condition, with several small areas of toning and staining to letter, most likely from show-through of adhesive on reverse, and a few scattered light creases and ripples to photo. A very early piece of correspondence from Armstrong, who had just been chosen as a member of the ‘New Nine’ in September of 1962, which shows the beginnings of the public’s love affair with space travel. Pre-certified Steve Zarelli and RR Auction COA.
