Elvis Presley Signed Album On Stage February, 1970

On Stage, February, 1970 album signed on the back cover in blue ballpoint. Mild ‘ring of wear’ and rubbing to both covers, back cover slightly peeling at a couple of corners, and some edge dings and creases, otherwise fine condition. The record is not included. Recorded at the International Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, On Stage was released in June of 1970, and focused on songs not normally associated with Elvis. The album features his number one single, ‘The Wonder of You,’ as well as future concert staples ‘C. C. Rider,’ and ‘Polk Salad Annie.’ This was an especially notable year of performances for Elvis, with not only the recording of this album, but also the MGM film Elvis: That’s the Way It Is, which documented his Las Vegas Summer Festival in August. Elvis Presley Personal Check

Personal check, 8.25 x 3, filled out in another hand and signed by Presley, “E. A. Presley,” payable to Jerry Schilling for $300.00, December 3, 1975. Notation in another hand to left edge reads, “20.00 a day for Jerry Schilling for 15 days.” Three vertical folds, stamp to center, and a small red pencil notation to top left, otherwise fine condition. Schilling met Presley when he was only 12 years old at a pick-up football game. Several years later, Presley hired him as a bodyguard while on the road. RR Auction Elvis Presley Signed Souvenir Picture Album

Souvenir picture album promoting Elvis Presley with the Blue Moon Boys, 8.5 x 11, signed twice in black ink by Presley, once on the front cover and once on the back cover, both of which bear his image. In fine condition, with light scattered toning. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Roger Epperson/REAL. Program was signed on February 12, 1956, the day after Elvis performed his RCA Records debut single, 'Heartbreak Hotel,' for the very first time on CBS-TV's 'Stage Show.' After this appearance, his third in as many weeks on The Dorsey Brothers 'Stage Show' program, Presley and his Blue Moon Boys proceeded to Norfolk, Virginia, for a concert the following night at the Monticello Auditorium, the first of five successive dates in Virginia and North Carolina. Prior to the show, a Norfolk policeman, who was on duty working the event, was able to usher his daughter through the crowd for a brief, private encounter with Elvis: the result of that meeting seen on the front of the program. After the performance, however, she waited in line for another meeting and autograph, at which time Elvis signed the back cover of the program.
