In part: “You may know that I have been a railroad fan for many years, so I was naturally very pleased to receive the old kerosene inspector’s lamp which you sent me as a gift. Just to show my appreciation, I am sending herewith an autographed picture for each of you and hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed receiving the lantern.” Matted and framed with a color portrait and a biographical caption to an overall size of 22.75 x 19.5.
